We are a week into the New Year! It’s a great time to reflect on the previous year and look forward to the changes and excitement to come. Our New Year’s Resolution, each and every year, is to provide an amazing salon experience to our guests.


A big part of providing an amazing salon experience starts before you even enter our salons. We want to make interacting with us before and after your visit easy and enjoyable. You might be wondering what we mean by this, or if you are a Mango veteran then you know all the ways we enjoy reaching out and providing little conveniences for our AMAZING guests.

Also, Mango makes it easy to schedule appointments, whether you want to talk over the phone, schedule yourself online, or e-mail one of our Reservation Center Team Members. We have the options that will fit your busy lifestyle and the hours to fit your schedule!





Option 1: Reservation Center

It’s a great day at Mango! Our friendly Reservation Center Team Members are always happy to help. Whether you are calling to schedule an appointment or to ask a few questions, our Team will be glad to chat and get you settled.

Option 2: My Mango

Anytime, day or night, you can use My Mango and book your Haircut, Wax, Bang/Neck Trim, or Mani/Pedi. Just head to our website and go to the MyMango page, then click on your location and log in with the e-mail you use to receive your Mango e-mails. Once you have logged in you will be able to review appointment history, future appointments, personal info, and book your service(s).











Option 2: Request an Appointment

Maybe you are a bit hesitant to book your own service, but you would rather communicate through e-mail. No problem, just head to our Request an Appointment tab. You can fill out our short form and our reservation center will take it from there. They’ll shoot you a quick e-mail to let you know that your service has been booked or if they can’t accommodate what you’ve requested, they’ll send you a list of alternate choices.










After your appointment, be sure to check your e-mail for your short survey. We want to hear what you think so we can continue keeping our New Year’s Resolution!
